Baji666 Terms and Conditions –
Rules for Pakistan Players

1Introduction

Welcome to baji666. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and baji666 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the baji666 website, mobile application and all services offered through them.

By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager on baji666, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and baji666. Where there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless stated otherwise.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use baji666 you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Baji666 is strictly an adult platform. Creating an account if you are under 18 is a violation of these Terms and your account will be closed immediately upon discovery, with any balance forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number and any other details requested during the registration process.
• You must be the sole beneficial owner of any payment method used to deposit funds into your baji666 account. Depositing from accounts belonging to another person is not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a baji666 employee. Platform staff are not permitted to hold active player accounts.
• You must not have a previously suspended or closed account on baji666. Opening a new account after a suspension without prior written permission from baji666 support constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Baji666 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Until verification is completed, withdrawal requests may be held. Providing false documentation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3Account Management

Once registered, your baji666 account is your responsibility. You must keep your login credentials – username and password – private and must not share them with anyone else. Baji666 will never ask you to share your password via any channel.

If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, contact baji666 support immediately. While baji666 takes reasonable steps to protect account security, we cannot be held responsible for losses arising from you sharing your login details or failing to take reasonable precautions with your device.

You are responsible for all activity on your account, including bets placed and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether you personally initiated them. This makes keeping your credentials secure your direct financial responsibility.

Baji666 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or give access to your account to another person under any circumstances.

To update your account details, contact baji666 support. Changes to name, date of birth or payment methods may require supporting documentation before being processed.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on baji666 are processed in PKR. The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and direct bank transfer. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account before you confirm any transaction.

Deposits: Funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Baji666 does not accept cash deposits or any form of cryptocurrency. Once a deposit has been confirmed it cannot be reversed.

Withdrawals: To withdraw funds from your account, your identity must be verified. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit where possible. Baji666 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframe shown in the cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any verification requirements outstanding on your account.

Withdrawal conditions: Any deposit amount that has not been wagered at least once before a withdrawal is requested may be subject to an administrative fee. Bonus balances are subject to separate wagering requirements as set out in Section 5.

• Withdrawals to payment accounts not matching your registered name will be declined.
• Baji666 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Repeated withdrawal requests before wagering requirements are met may be treated as indicative of bonus abuse.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Baji666 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players. The specific terms – including the bonus amount, eligible games, wagering requirement multiplier, minimum odds restrictions and expiry period – are stated on each individual promotion page. These Terms set out the general framework that applies to all bonuses unless an individual promotion states otherwise.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal is available. Only bets that count toward the wagering requirement (as specified per promotion) contribute to meeting this threshold.

Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated period will be forfeited. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Baji666 reserves the right to modify or withdraw a promotional offer at any time if there is evidence of abuse or error.
• Players found to be abusing bonuses – including opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer – will have their accounts suspended and any bonus-derived winnings voided.
• Free bets and free spins awarded as bonuses are subject to their own individual terms as stated at the point of award.

6Sports Betting Rules

Baji666 offers sports betting markets on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports among others. All bets are placed at the odds shown at the time of bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed, cancelled or reversed by the player unless the platform's cash-out feature is available for that specific bet and has been activated before the event concludes.

Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, the International Cricket Council for international fixtures, or the official league organiser for PSL and other tournaments). Where an official result has not been declared within a reasonable timeframe, baji666 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.

Void bets: Baji666 may void a bet where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, where the event was abandoned before the minimum play requirement was met, or where the integrity of the event has been formally called into question by the relevant governing body. A voided bet has its stake returned to the player's account balance.

• In-play (live) betting markets close temporarily during key moments such as wickets, goals or official reviews. Bets placed after an event has concluded will be voided.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per day apply and are shown in the cashier and betting sections.
• Baji666 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at its discretion.
• Where a player is found to be exploiting obvious pricing errors, affected bets may be voided regardless of the outcome.

7Casino & Live Casino

Baji666's casino section includes slots, table games, crash titles, bingo and a live casino featuring real dealers via video stream. All casino games on the platform are provided by third-party software suppliers. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game rules for each title are available within the individual game interface.

The live casino operates with real human dealers and real-time video streaming. Results in live casino games are determined by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the dealer on screen. Baji666 does not manipulate live casino results in any way.

• Casino games are for entertainment. Outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for non-live games.
• Any technical fault during a game session that prevents the result from being recorded correctly will result in the bet being voided and the stake returned.
• Game histories are available within your account for all casino sessions.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed before the game begins.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on baji666. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent ban from the platform:

• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts, using another person's account or systematically exploiting promotional offers in ways that are not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker-style games.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment reversals or chargebacks through your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for wagering on baji666.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, data scrapers or any automated tool to interact with the baji666 platform, place bets or gain an unfair informational advantage.
• Money laundering: Using baji666 accounts to move, conceal or legitimise proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Impersonation: Registering using another person's identity, documents or payment methods.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes or software bugs for financial gain.

9Responsible Gaming

Baji666 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform is intended solely for adult entertainment. If you feel that your gaming habits are negatively affecting your finances, relationships or mental wellbeing, please use the tools available in your account or visit the Responsible Gaming page.

The following self-management tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR cap on how much you can deposit. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification after a set number of minutes of continuous play so you can make a conscious decision to continue or stop.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or extended suspension of your account. During this period you cannot deposit, place bets or access the platform.

10Privacy & Data

Baji666 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the collection and use of your data as described in that document. Your data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, transaction processing and service improvement.

Baji666 does not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties. Payment data is handled by the relevant payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your bank) in accordance with their own policies. Baji666 does not store full card or mobile wallet credentials on its own servers.

11Suspension & Account Closure

Baji666 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• At the player's own written request.

Where an account is closed by baji666 for a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where a closure is requested by the player themselves for non-breach reasons and the account is in good standing, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their last used payment method.

Self-exclusion requests are treated as a separate process and are described fully on the Responsible Gaming page. A self-excluded account remains closed for the full duration of the exclusion period regardless of any request to reopen it before that period ends.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted, baji666 is not liable for any loss or damage – direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise – arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses from betting or casino play, service interruptions, technical faults or errors in game software provided by third parties.

Baji666 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled technical issues may cause temporary unavailability. Baji666 will aim to minimise downtime but cannot be held responsible for losses arising from service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13Amendments to These Terms

Baji666 may update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, you will be notified via a notice on the platform or via the contact details registered to your account. The updated Terms will show a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
